This week in the infant classroom the theme is Luau! We have had a blast this week but here are a few of our crowd favorites from the week. The older infants enjoyed touching and watching the electric aquarium with the classroom lights off. We talked about the fish and dolphins we saw in the aquarium and the beautiful blue color of the ocean! The older infants enjoyed listening to Hawaiian music, and practicing moving with balance and up and down while shaking small shakers together! The older infants liked to watch their older friends dance or move with a teacher to music while we counted. We also talked about the different animals that live in the ocean as we explored sea animal puppets together! Our friendly squirrels and birds made appearances this week as well and were noticed by quite a bit of our friends in the classroom, which is always a great time. It has been a wonderful week in the infant classroom, room but we look forward to a new theme on Monday. Until next time!
