We celebrated our dads this week with bragging about his strength and silliness! We all determined that all of our dads are so fun to be with and we wouldn’t know what to do without him! Me made some adorable gifts and can’t wait to see our dads reaction on Sunday! We also played some games and started our summer of fun! We had three field trips to start our summer and we did an amazing job of listening and having fun! We also did some safety town lessons about dog safety, stranger danger, street safety, fire safety, bike safety and more! We will be learning our addresses and making sure we know at least one of our parents phone numbers just in case of emergency. Our sensory table has been filled with boats, fish and water (in hopes of someday fishing with dad!). We learned how to say “dad” in sign language and have been working on our “please” and “thank you” as well. For language activities, we did “D is for dad…and what else starts with D?” and we also did some letter puzzles. Some of our math activities were to play with dominoes and park numbered cars (we heard how some of our dads park cars too!….oh boy!). Here’s wishing all of our dads, grandpas and father figures a happy and restful Father’s Day!
