This week’s theme was nursery rhymes! In language development, we played with alphabet blocks, colored paper buses, did felt board nursery rhymes, and wrote with markers. In cognitive development, we counted and sorted frogs, did head-shoulders-knees-toes with figurines, sorted muffins, and completed a rainbow caterpillar puzzle. In motor development, we did animal connectors, sorted eggs, fed a “Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Eater” and played with blocks and cars. In art, we made itsy bitsy spiders with sponges, made Humpty Dumptys wall, painted with spoons, and painted lambs! Tomorrow we will play with magnet boards, do a rain science experiment, complete puzzles, and have a tea party!
