In math the children created a picture with squares, rectangles and triangles. In math the children engaged in an ornament concentration activity. Today in art the children painted with Christmas cookie cutters and in language they worked with letters and 1 to 1 correspondence grids. In math the children added gumdrops to gingerbread houses using subitize cards to tell how many to add each turn. Friday in art the children will cut wrapping paper and glue their pieces to green paper. In language the children will draw a Christmas tree and then dictate how they decorated it, and in math the children will play Candyland.
