Rainforest!

This week in the infant classroom the theme is Rainforest and Jungle! We have explored quite a bit but here are a few of our favorites from the week so far. The older infants loved listening to the sounds different jungle animals make, like lions and monkeys! The group also explored rain forest puppets together and talked about the colors of the animals and what we thought of them. We also practiced sticking brown circles to a rectangular yellow piece of poster and made a giraffes neck! It was fun to practice passing the shapes, sticking them to the paper or moving them to another spot! This has been a great week in the infant classroom but we look forward to a new theme on Monday.
