This week in the infant classroom the theme was Families! We explored and talked about a lot but we had a few favorites from the week. All of the infants enjoyed looking at the family photo door and talking about the familiar faces we see in the pictures. We practiced waving to one another and blowing kisses! We also tried pressing our feet into stamp pads and walking across poster board. It was fun for our older infants to point to their feet prints and then to their own feet and toes. We also explored sensory balls and the large pop up tunnel. A lot of our older friends also enjoyed pointing to their reflections and talking about our eyes nose and ears! We explored with chalk boards, puppets, stacked blocks as we count out loud and got to participate in the centers thanksgiving feast! It’s been a fun week but we look forward to our Thanksgiving theme next week!
