Mother's Day - Young Toddler

Posted by [email protected] on May 5, 2022 at 5:40 PM

This week's theme was Mother's Day. We dove into this week by reading several books in regards to mothers to work on our language and literacy skills. For math and science this wee we played with magnet letters, puzzles, and magnet rods and balls. To work on our motor development we put pom poms into ice cube trays. In art this week we focused on our Mother's Day craft as we painted flowerpots and made homemade cards. We also did a ziploc bag painting. Tomorrow we will play Simon Says to work on our language skills, manipulate math tiles, play with animals connectors to work on our motor development and add dress up clothes to our drama area.
