This week in the infant classroom the theme is fathers! We have talked about and explored quite a bit this week but here are our crowd favorites. The entire group talked about the father’s in their lives and worked really hard on a gift for them. We looked at and talked about the familiar faces on the family photo board and practiced blowing kisses and waving. The smaller infants enjoyed trying to pull plastic spoons off high chair trays with little help from teachers, building with jumbo and sensory blocks, and counting star shape connector toys as a group. We also explored cloth tool boxes and pretended to build together with the tools! It has been a wonderful week in the infant room but we look forward to a new theme on Monday, until then!
