This week in the infant classroom, the theme is Saint Patrick’s day! We have enjoyed quite a bit but here are a few of our crowd favorites from the week! The older infant’s enjoyed doing quite a bit of creative arts activities, but their favorite seemed to be practicing using glue and sticking shamrock cut outs to paper! It was fun to see each infant manipulate and use their glue sticks in different ways and with different hands. The group also enjoyed exploring colored ice cubes in small baggies. We talked about the temperature we felt from the ice and how it felt “cold”! The group also enjoyed finger painting, watering and talking about our shamrock plant in the classroom and exploring outside this week! It has been a wonderful week but we look forward to a new theme on Monday. Until next time!
