In math the children played Hi-Ho Cherry Oh. Wednesday in art the children painted with a shaving cream & paint mixture and in math they engaged in a black and white memory game. Today in art the children got creative with bingo dabbers and in math the children sorted animal counters on a color graph. In language this afternoon the children will engage in the letter path game. Tomorrow in art the children will paint with combs and in language they will trace number. In math the children will add insects to tree blocks and count. In the sensory table this week the children practiced their fine motor skills with cutting paper. The grocery store in drama was rearranged and another cash register was added which brought more interest back, and it is fun to see how the children work with all the food boxes and containers. The interest table and material options was updated and the children loge the magnet people builders we added. The children have also been requesting a lot of Taylor Swift and they love to sing and dance along to her songs, and we make sure to play the clean versions of her music too! 😊
