This week in the infant classroom the theme is Numbers. We have explored quite a bit, but here are our favorites from the week.
The group loved counting out loud as we stacked jumbo blocks up and knocked them down. We also practiced shaking small shakers fast and slow together. The group also loved exploring with empty lids and containers, and it was fun to try and sort the containers, by their size with teacher help and counting the groups of containers out loud.
We also loved waving rainbow ribbons around the room while we listened to music, as well as practicing making marks with jumbo chalk on mini chalk boards!
It has been a great week in the infant room but we look forward to a new theme on Monday. Until next time!
