This week in the infant classroom the theme is Black History! We have explored quite a bit but here are a few of our crowd favorites, The group explored multi-cultural dolls and talked about the simple body parts we saw on their faces and our own bodies (eyes ears and nose). The older infants enjoyed finding their younger friends when teachers call out for them. “Where Oh Where is….”. It was fun to see the older infants become exited to look for and find familiar faces. The older infants loved exploring peg boards and talking about the colors on the pegs and counting with teachers as we stacked them. It has been a great week in the infant classroom, but we look forward to a new theme next week. Until next time!
