Happy Easter from the Pre-K room! This week we have done lots of hoppy activities that involve learning about Easter. We started off the week by writing a letter to the easter bunny and asking him many questions about easter, then stamping it with a paw print stamp and mailing it off to him. Then on Tuesday we had the opportunity build our own alphabet garden by matching upper and lowercase letters and placing the letter flowers in the garden box. Not only did we practice writing our letters but also our numbers by doing a count, trace, erase activity in the math table. Count the easter eggs, trace the number and erase! We also did lots of art including carrot mosaic, drawing for the easter bunny and finished the week by dying Easter eggs. We wish you a happy Easter from the pre-k room!
