This week in the infant classroom we have been talking and learning about Christmas! We have had a lot of fun but here are some of our favorites from the week. The group enjoyed exploring small shiny gift boxes and bows together and practiced opening and shutting the boxes and hiding small flat gingerbread men inside.  We also had quite a bit of activity at our bird feeder and the infants have enjoyed watching blue jays, cardinals and squirrels eat up our pumpkins and seeds. The group also enjoyed rolling small sensory balls back and forth to one another! We also explored nesting cups and singing holiday songs using puppets and shakers! It has been a fun week in the infant classroom but we look forward to a long holiday break and returning to school on Wednesday! Until next time!
