Monday painted with marshmallows to make campfire
Tuesday- Sponge painted on paper and glued logs and marshmallows
Wednesday- Star cookie cutter stamping on blue paper
Thursday- Tent with fireflies- glued tent and stamped yellow fireflies
Friday-Lanterns- fill with tissue paper and paint outside of cup, add handle
Motor Development
Building with pretzels and mini marshmallows to create their own piece, linking logs for staking/building and creating, hook the fish using magnet wands, ring toss counting rings for stacking to the top, animal carpet square hop scotch to practice hopping with one foot and 2 feet in each square.
Math
We used cotton balls and brown square pieces of paper to make a pattern9 cotton ball/paper, cotton ball/paper, the children used bamboo tongs, ice cream cups and mini marshmallows to practice squeezing tongs with thumb/index and middle fingers to strengthen grip, color matching coins for older toddlers and jumbo plastic coins for younger toddlers to practice matching colors and counting coins with teacher help,
