This week’s theme was Camping! In language and literacy, we drew on paper marshmallows with crayons, manipulated felt boards, and drew on paper hot dogs with markers! In math, we sorted animals, matched up food toys by color, and played with math tiles. In motor, we played beanbag toss, went cloud-gazing on the patio, and did a food tape rescue! In art, we did a sponge campfire, glued cotton balls/paper/cardboard to make a smores board, and decorated paper tents. Tomorrow, we will write letters with pencils, count fireflies, do camp games on the patio, and make fingerprint fireflies.
