Lakewood Child Care Center

This week in the infant classroom the theme is Rainforest and Jungle! We have had a wonderful week but here are a few of our crowd favorites, The older infants enjoyed standing at the low table with other friends and exploring puzzles with different jungle animals on them! It was fun to see the younger infants explore the individual puzzle pieces with furry sensory patches on them, as we talked with the group about the animals we saw! We have seen quite a few birds at our bird feeder this week as we watch out the classroom window! We listened to sounds of different jungle birds like the Toucan! We sang the five little monkeys swinging from the tree, as we explored different animal puppets together! This week has been a lot of fun, but we look forward to a new theme on Monday!
