The young toddlers had a great time learning about colors and shapes this week. In language, we wrote with chalk, red crayons, and yellow pencils. We also explored foam letters and boogie boards. For math, we counted blueberries, and played with math tiles and shape sorters. For our science experiment, we discovered hidden colors by mixing vinegar and baking soda. We played ring toss and did yoga to work on our gross motor skills, and used animal connectors, wooden blocks, and Legos to practice our fine motor skills. Finally, for art, we used shape stamps, painted a sun with sponges, and worked together to finger paint a rainbow. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!
