This week in the infant classroom, the theme is Fall! We have had a blast exploring the new theme and talking about the season change, but here are a few of our crowd favorites! The older infants loved practicing pulling fake leaves and colorful scarves our of empty juice bottles and cans. We talked about how trees change the color of their leaves in the fall, and soon after they fall to the ground! We talked more about orange, yellow and red as we painted with fall colors, and the entire group loved listening to fall books and pointing to familiar animals and people we saw on the pages! The group also enjoyed exploring colored magnifying glasses and looking into the mirror with friends as we sang look who came to school today for each other! It has been a wonderful week but we look forward to a new theme on Monday! Until next time!
