Monday-Christmas Tree- painted with Q-tips to make ornaments on tree
Tuesday-Wreath- painted paper plate green, added a bow and snowflakes
Wednesday- Snowflake- painted white with koosh rings and added glitter
Thursday- Polar Express
Friday- Gingerbread Man- stamped with cookie cutters with white paint
Math
Santa memory match to practice finding 2 of the same cards or as many of the same cards, Bow matching by finding the same colored bows and making piles, string the candy canes on the line with clothes pins to practice open and close motions working fingers and Ice cube counting with holiday bowls to place in tray with same colors.
Motor Development
Holiday mailboxes with envelopes to mail by open box/put envelope in and close mailbox, mitten purses with coins to work on open small clutch with fingers by twisting/turning to open and snap closed after filling with coins, bell stringing with pipe cleaners to manipulate and work fingers to push/pull pipe cleaner through opening on bell and foam presents with picks to make stand, push into foam working and using strength with fingers.
