This week in the infant classroom the theme is Outer Space! We have enjoyed quite a bit but here are our favorites from the week! The entire group enjoyed exploring colorful magnifying glasses and flashlights as we used them to shine on walls! It was fun to talk about the colors we saw in the magnifying glasses and pointing to the same colors we saw in shapes and on the pages of our books in the classroom. The older infants have been enjoying their outdoor time, and watching squirrels and birds eat from our large feeder! We also talked a bit about snow as we got a bit of snow on our playground this week. It has been great talking about space and the planets, but we look forward to a new theme and the first full week of 2024! Until next time!
